Teaching about cybersecurity doesn’t have to be death by PowerPoint and lectures. There are lots of online resources to help us to learn digital citizenship and safety on the interwebz. Games and contests can help to raise cyber awareness, interest in cyber careers and have fun while doing it.
You don’t have to recreate the wheel. There are plenty of resources available to you. To add more competition you may want to create a point value with each game and have users submit their answers, scores or successes. Have prizes for the winners such as gift cards or swag from vendors.
