Introducing Raspberry Pi Into Your Learning Space (CS)

The Raspberry Pi is a small computer that can be used for a variety of projects and has been heralded as a great value to education and media centers due to its flexibility, simplicity and affordability. Participate in this session to explore Pi’s ability to bring coding and programming into the classroom or library, while also providing quality office software. The Raspberry Pi also has the unique ability to allow users to develop skills in physical computing, such as wiring, LED lights and sensors. Attendees will work through available resources, programming essentials and basic physical computing activities designed to build familiarity and comfort with Raspberry Pi.
